ARTWORK & PRESS PREPERATION
We receive alot of artwork that is incomplete as far as prepress goes, bleed is not included, or fonts arent converted to curves etc etc. Should we have to do this for you there will be a charge ranging from R80 minimum. Pls note that word, powerpoint, exel are not capable of producing press ready artwork. Publisher also is not good enough to produce a file that will print perfectly. Please download the artwork guidelines and follow them carefuly, or get your designer to follow them for you. Should Matt have to relayout your business card he will advise you of the cost before starting and the fee is an upfront charge.

We dont need registration marks or tick marks, just use 2 m bleed, no more no less please and the file will be fine. Dont place your artwork on a artboard bigger than the Business card or leaflet size. Use the principles in the business card layout guide. ARTWORK IN JPEG FORMAT
Yes we can accept jpegs, but only at 300 dpi and complete with bleed and in CMYK. Dont use low res internet images on your artwork. A lot of business card submissions are in jpeg format, and tho its not recommended the results are always fine if the file was created in a proper manner.
